TAX DEDUCTIBILITY NOTICE
Paradigm Shift Ministries, Inc. is a non-profit organization incorporated in the state of Ohio with 501(c)(3) status pending IRS approval.
Per the IRS:
"When the IRS approves a timely filed exemption application, exempt status is recognized back to the date the organization was created. Thus, while an application is pending, the organization can treat itself as exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3)."
What this means: While contributors to Paradigm Shift Ministries do not have advance assurance of deductibility because the organization’s exemption is pending, donations will be considered tax deductible once the exemption is granted because Paradigm Shift Ministries, Inc. was created before this posting. However, should Paradigm Shift Ministries not qualify for exemption, contributions will not be tax deductible. Paradigm Shift Ministries will submit a notice of exemption status as soon as the IRS issues its ruling.
